Federal Educators of America helps you appreciate the transient benefits of working for the government, such as sick leave, holidays, job security, and pension. These things improve job satisfaction, thereby reducing employee turnover.

This training targets the most critical group of the federal employee family. They are the easiest to train as they are at the point of making decisions about their retirement. They are eager to learn and could be the best to run with the training vision. Most of them are FERS, while both CSRS and FERS would also fit here.

In these sessions, we concentrate on those retiring, together with their spouses, within the next year or so. The most critical issue discussed here is what to do with TSP money after retirement. Group Workshops

Federal Educators of America offers training workshops to groups of 10 or more. The most popular ones are the LUNCH AND LEARN briefings that can be arranged any day between Monday and Friday for 30 minutes a day. For 2 to 4 consecutive days, training is planned for 1 to 2 hours. Employees retiring in 10, 15, or 20 years are highly encouraged to attend.
